Account & business details: name, company name, email, phone, VAT number, and billing and shipping addresses you provide during registration.

Order data: the products, quantities, prices and notes of the wholesale orders you place, and their status history.

Communications: emails we exchange with you about your account and orders.

To perform our contract with you — creating your account, processing orders, arranging payment and delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

For our legitimate interests in operating and securing the wholesale portal and communicating with our partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We host the portal and database on Supabase, and send transactional emails through Resend. These providers act as our processors and only handle your data on our instructions.

We never sell your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the periods required by tax and commercial law (in Greece, generally up to 10 years for accounting records).
